In the rare event that there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team so that we can work together on a resolution.
Returns
If you are having an issue with your order please follow these steps to submit a return request..
Requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery
Items prohibited from returns include skincare and bathcare
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business we do not currently allow exchanges. If you are having issues with your order, please contact our support team. If a mistake was made with your order such as wrong product or missing items please email us. The issue will be corrected and we will resend at no additional cost. Once order has been made there can be no cancellations.
Lost / Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, while in possession of the post office or after being delivered, you will need to contact the post office and file a claim with them. Contact number for USPS is 1-800-275-8777.
