Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving and notify us the day of your delivery if your order is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue. Please take pictures immediately with the box it arrived in and send to [email protected]. We must be notified at least 24 to 48 hours after delivery.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items.

 

Shipping policy:

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders may take 5-7 business days from the date that is shipped out. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

The final shipping cost is displayed at the end of checkout. 

 

Order Confirmation Email:

After placing your order, you should receive an email that contains your order details. The order confirmation is your receipt and can be printed for your records. It contains your order number, the items you ordered and prices paid, your shipping and billing address, and your choice of method of shipping.
